Heaven Shall Burn - "Hunters Will Be Hunted" (new video)

   Παρακολουθήστε παρακάτω το νέο επίσημο βίντεο των Γερμανών metalcore Heaven Shall Burn για το τραγούδι "Hunters Will Be Hunted" ένα από τα πιο ωραία κομμάτια του νέου δίσκου Veto που κυκλοφόρησε στις 19 Απριλίου από την Century Media.

   Στιχουργικά, το "Hunters Will Be Hunted" είναι μια επίθεση για τη θανάτωση των ζώων και η οργή της καταδίκης έρχεται κατευθείαν στη μουσική.Αυτή δεν είναι η πρώτη φόρα που η μπάντα ασχολείται με τέτοια θέματα,αλλά το έχει ξανακάνει και σε προηγούμενους δίσκους.

Karma Violens - "Full Dose Of Hate" (New Video)

   Μια από τις ανερχόμενες μπάντες της ελληνικής metal σκηνής οι Karma Violens κυκλοφόρησαν το πρώτο βίντεο τους για το τραγούδι "Full Dose Of Hate" από τον δίσκο "Dormancy" που κυκλοφόρησε το 2011 και στην παραγωγή ήταν ο Φώτης Benardo (Septic Flesh) στα Devasoundz Studios,και μπορείτε να το παρακολουθήσετε παρακάτω.
   Η μπάντα αυτήν την στιγμή περιοδεύει στην Ελλάδα προωθώντας το άλμπουμ της.Επίσης έχουν σε παραγωγή τον επερχόμενο δίσκο τους οπού θα είναι και η δεύτερη δουλειά τους και σύμφωνα με τον frontman Μάριο, θα είναι ένα βήμα παραπάνω από το "Dormancy"

Heaven Shall Burn - Τον Απρίλιο το καινούριο άλμπουμ

   Το καινούριο άλμπουμ των metalcorers Heaven Shall Burn έχει τίτλο "Veto" και αναμένεται στις 22 Απριλίου στην Ευρώπη μέσω της Century Media Records. Το επερχόμενο άλμπουμ θα είναι το έβδομο κατά σειρά ακολουθώντας το "Invictus (Iconoclast III)" του 2010.
   Ο κιθαρίστας της μπάντας Maik Weichert σε σχετική του δήλωση ανέφερε ότι ανυπομονούν να παίξουν αυτό το άλμπουμ στον κόσμο, ενώ αποκάλυψε ότι σ'αυτό συμμετέχουν και guest καλλιτέχνες. Το ύφος του άλμπουμ είναι μελωδικό, συναισθηματικό και brutal ταυτόχρονα.

" We cannot wait to play the album to people! It turned out very diverse, it's melodic, emotional and brutal at the same time. Several guests visited us in the studio for additional performances, so you can look forward to some interesting twists! "

Like Moths to Flames - "Learn Your Place" (new video)

   Δείτε το καινούριο επίσημο βίντεο των metalcorers Like Moths to Flames για το κομμάτι "Learn Your Place". Το τραγούδι περιέχεται στο πρώτο και μοναδικό full length άλμπουμ της μπάντας "When We Don't Exist", που κυκλοφόρησε τον Νοέμβριο του 2011 με παραγωγό τον Will Putney.
   Μέσα στο 2012 οι Like Moths to Flames συμμετείχαν σε περιοδείες με μπάντες όπως οι D.R.U.G.S., Hit the Lights, Sparks the Rescue, Texas in July, Hundredth, Miss May I, The Ghost Inside, The Amity Affliction, Glass Cloud. 

Underøath - "Sunburnt" (new video)

   Ακόμα και λίγο πριν την επικείμενη διάλυσή τους οι Underøath συνεχίζουν να βγάζουν καινούριο υλικό. Δείτε παρακάτω το επίσημο βίντεο για το νέο κομμάτι "Sunburnt", το οποίο περιέχεται στην συλλογή τους "Anthology: 1999–2013", που κυκλοφόρησαν τον περασμένο Νοέμβριο. Η εν λόγω συλλογή περιέχει 17 επιλεγμένα κομμάτια από όλη την δισκογραφία των Αμερικανών metalcorers, καθώς και δύο καινούρια: "Sunburnt" και "Unsound".
   Τον Οκτώβριο του 2012 οι Underøath ανακοίνωσαν την απόφασή τους να σταματήσουν τη μπάντα το 2013, γεγονός που θα ισχύσει μετά το τέλος της αποχαιρετιστήριας περιοδείας τους.

Bring Me The Horizon - Αποχώρισε ο κιθαρίστας Jona Weinhofen

   Ο κιθαρίστας Jona Weinhofen των Βρετανών metalcorers Bring Me The Horizon αποχώρησε από την μπάντα λόγω διάφορων διαφωνιών που είχαν μεταξύ τους σκοπεύοντας να επιστρέψει στην Αυστραλία και να ασχοληθεί με κάτι καινούριο. 

" After a lot of time and thought, I've decided to leave my current position as guitarist with Bring Me The Horizon. Things in the band have been very tense, with a lot of disagreements between myself and certain members, who I won't name.
I'm thankful for my time with Bring Me The Horizon and I have met many good friends and been able to travel the world more.

I'm planning on moving back to Australia to pursue other musical ventures. "

   Δεν έχει βρεθεί ακόμα αντικαταστάτης κιθαρίστας, η μπάντα όμως ανακοίνωσε ως νέο μέλος τους τον κιμπορντίστα Jordan Fish.

   Δισκογραφικά οι Bring Me The Horizon βρίσκονται λίγο πριν την κυκλοφορία του τέταρτου full length άλμπουμ τους με τίτλο "Sempiternal", που αναμένεται στις 29 Απριλίου μέσω της RCA. Πρόσφατα κυκλοφόρησε και το καινούριο single τους "Shadow Moses".

Bleeding Through - Αποφάσισαν να διαλυθούν οριστικά

   Οι Αμερικανοί metalcorers Bleeding Through αποφάσισαν να διαλυθούν οριστικά πιστεύοντας ότι έχουν εκπληρώσει τους στόχους που είχαν θέσει ως συγκρότημα, ενώ θα ξεκινήσουν σύντομα μια τελευταία αποχαιρετιστήρια περιοδεία σε Αμερική, Ευρώπη και Αυστραλία.
   Σε δήλωσή του στο Blabbermouth.net ο τραγουδιστής Brandan Schieppati είπε σχετικά:

" When you have some success doing something that you love, you never really think about writing a statement about that something coming to an end. Well, that dream that we have had as Bleeding Through has come to an end. 

   I think I can speak for the rest of my bandmates in saying that we always hoped it would end on our terms, and it has. 

   We have been fortunate to have a strong fan base worldwide and have brought joy to many and pissed off many more. 

Bleeding Through was always a band that wore the emotion of the music on our sleeves. We cared about everyone like family that ever took the time to listen to our band, support our merchandise and go to our shows. 

   Since 1999, we have been blessed to be able to tour the world, record seven records with some great musical minds, tour with amazing bands and people, work with people with character such as management, booking agents and road crew. Most importantly, we made lasting friends from this journey. 

   We have been honored to be part of a expanding the musical movement of heavy music and hope to be remembered as a benchmark and pioneer of a specific style of music. 

   We have been a band since 1999, and many of us just had life catch up with us in the way of marriages, kids, businesses and other endeavors. We can no longer dedicate what we need to to keep Bleeding Through going. 

   Personally, I feel doing this band in a part-time fashion is not what this band is about and and feel like we have always been an all-or-nothing band. With that being said, and because we have established a worldwide following over the last 14 years, we want to give us and those people one more chance to share in this music together. We are setting up farewell tours. Dates will be up and promoted very soon.

   Οι Bleeding Through ξεκίνησαν την μουσική τους καριέρα το 1999 γεμίζοντας το μέχρι τώρα ιστορικό τους με 7 full length άλμπουμ, από το ντεμπούτο "Dust to Ashes" του 2001 ως το τελευταίο "The Great Fire" του 2012. Έχουν παίξει σε πολλά φεστιβάλ και περιοδείες μαζί με διάφορες μπάντες όπως τους Slayer, Machine Head, Marilyn Manson, Bullet For My Valentine, HIM, AFI κ.α. Underoath - Αποφάσισαν να διαλυθούν μετά από 15 χρόνια καριέρας

   Μετά από 15 χρόνια επιτυχίας κι αναγνωρισιμότητας οι Αμερικανοί metalcorers Underoath αποφάσισαν να διαλυθούν. Ο τραγουδιστής Spencer Chamberlain δήλωσε σχετικά:
" It's sad to say that we feel like it's time to close this chapter, but we have never seen things more clearly. These have been the best years of my entire life, and I owe that to every single person who ever supported this band along the way. This wasn't a quick decision by any means. It's just time for us to move on. "
   Οι Underoath μετράνε επτά στούντιο άλμπουμ στο ιστορικό τους με τελευταίο το "Ø (Disambiguation)" του 2010. Με αφορμή τη διάλυσή τους σχεδιάζουν να κυκλοφορήσουν ένα άλμπουμ-αφιέρωμα με τίτλο "Anthology 1999-2013" στις 3 Νοεμβρίου μέσω της Solid State Records, το οποίο θα περιέχει κομμάτια από κάθε δισκογραφική τους δουλειά. Το 2013 η μπάντα θα ξεκινήσουν μια αποχαιρετιστήρια περιοδεία, όπου οι φαν θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να ακούσουν για τελευταία φορά ζωντανά τις μεγαλύτερες επιτυχίες τους.

First Blossom In Spring - "Nobly Treasures" (new video)

   Οι First Blossom In Spring είναι μια πενταμελής Melodic Hardcore / Metalcore μπάντα από την Γερμανία. Ξεκίνησαν τη μουσική τους καριέρα το 2009 και φέτος κυκλοφόρησαν το πρώτο τους EP με τίτλο "Don't Look Back".

Architects - "Delete, Rewind" (new video)

   Οι Βρετανοί Architects κυκλοφόρησαν το επίσημο βίντεο για το κομμάτι τους "Delete.Rewind" από τον καινούργιο τους δίσκο "The Here And Now" του 2011. Το βίντεο περιέχει στιγμιότυπα από live εμφανίσεις της μπάντας και backstage σκηνές.
   Ο δίσκος "The Here And Now" ήταν ο τέταρτος full-length δίσκος της μπάντας μετά τον "Hollow Crown" του 2009. 
Οι Architects βρίσκονται αυτό τον καιρό σε περιοδεία στη Βρετανία μαζί με τους Deaf Havana, Heigths και Tek-One.

Cataract - Σταματάνε προσωρινά το 2012

   Οι Ελβετοί Cataract ανακοίνωσε ότι θα σταματήσει προσωρινά το 2012 και θα επιστρέψει δυναμικά με νέα τραγούδια στις αρχές του 2013.Η ανακοίνωση αναφέρει ότι ο τραγουδιστής της μπάντας, Federico Carminitana, έχει προγραμματίσει ταξίδι σε όλο τον κόσμο. Η τελευταία συναυλία, πριν την παύση για ένα χρόνο, θα γίνει στις αρχές Ιανουαρίου 2012. H επίσημη ανακοίνωση της μπάντας:

"In the dark corners of Zurich, rumour is rife that Cataract will be playing their last show this December, last show? Ever? I mean, ever ever? Of course not. The Swiss powerhouse of metal, loud, hard and merciless, doesn't even think about turning around and moving on to a normal life. There's too much truth to be said, too many stages that need to be rocked and too many pits that need to mosh! The grain of truth in this rumour is that Catarct will go into an extended hibernation, as lead singer Fedi is leaving for a long planned and desired world trip for the whole of 2012.

"Plans not only include the rest of the boys kicking back and enjoying some time off themselves, but also writing new tracks to be recorded and released as soon as Fedi has returned in early 2013. The metal machinery will be working again and steamroll all over Europe!"

"However, before the activities are frozen and the guitars given some much owed time to rest, Cataract are honoured to play their final show for 2011/2012 at the legendary Abart club, which is due to close its doors next year. They will be supported by Lucerne's Silent Slander and Zurich's Beyond The Vortex, along with some other guests. And if you know the band, there will also be a bunch of surprises for everyone to enjoy – for example free admission to Abart's Maximum Kick Party on the same night! Close Your Eyes- "Keep the Lights On" (new video)

   Νέο video κυκλοφόρησαν οι Close Your Eyes. Η christian metalcore μπάντα δημοσίευσαν το video από το τραγούδι "Keep the Lights on" το οποίο περιλαμβάνεται στο τελευταίο άλμπουμ τους, με τίτλο "Empty Hand and Heavy Hearts".

   Ο τραγουδιστής των Close Your Eyes Shane Raimond δήλωσε:“I wrote that song knowing I was being in this place of everything that I despised, and running away from all of the things I know that I should be… and to ‘keep the lights on,’ because I know there’s still hope.”

Killswitch Engage - Το metalcore έχει "πεθάνει" σύμφωνα με τον τραγουδιστή

   Σε συνέντευξη που έδωσε, ο τραγουδιστής των Killshitch Engage Howard Jones, παραδέχτηκε ότι το είδος της metalcore έχει "πεθάνει".

   Συγκεκριμένα είπε τα εξής:"To όνειρο έχει τελειώσει. Θα είναι πάντα εδώ γύρω (το metalcore), επειδή τα παιδιά τους αρέσει η "heavy" μουσική. Τα αρέσει να είναι επιθετικά. Aλλά δεν θα μας δώσουν πολύ μεγάλη προσοχή, όσο παίρνουμε τώρα. Σημείωσε τα λόγια μου. Αυτό συμβαίνει ήδη."

   Αυτά είπε ο frontman των Killswitch Engage, οι οποίοι δουλέυουν πάνω σε καινούριο υλικό, όπως είχε ανακοινώσει ο κιθαρίστας Adam Dutkiewicz.
