Ο drummer Clive Burr, αρχικό μέλος των Iron Maiden από το 1979 ως το 1982, πέθανε το απόγευμα της Τρίτης 12 Μαρτίου σε ηλικία 56 ετών. από το 2001 ο Clive έπασχε από σκλήρυνση κατά πλάκας. Σε αντίστοιχη ανακοίνωσή τους οι Iron Maiden εκφράζουν τα συλληπητήρια τους τονίζοντας τη σημασία του Clive και σαν άνθρωπο και μουσικό, αλλά και σαν συνεργάτη τους στη μπάντα για τα τρία πρώτα άλμπουμ.
