Alter Bridge - Επιστρέφουν ξανά το 2013

   Oι Alter Bridge δεν πρόκειται να εμφανιστούν στην μουσική σκηνή πριν το 2013, όπως αποκάλυψε ο drummer τους Scott Phillips. Σύμφωνα με τον Phillips αυτό θα γίνει γιατί ο frontman Myles Kennedy θα ενωθεί για νέο άλμπουμ αλλά και περιοδεία με την προσωπική μπάντα του Slash. Όσο για τα υπόλοιπα μέλη, Mark Tremondi, Brian Marshall και Scott Phillips θα επανενωθούν με τον τραγουδιστή Scott Stapp για νέο άλμπουμ των Creed. Tέλος ο Μark Tremondi αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει το σόλο άλμπουμ του την άνοιξη του 2012.

   Συγκεκριμένα ο Scott Phillips δήλωσε τα εξής: "I think we’ve got a lot of different paths we’re heading on in 2012…. Myles will be doing a new record and a new tour with Slash, which will be the first proper thing, whatever it is… the Slash and Myles [Kennedy] experiment. I don’t know if they’re going to have a band name of just tour as Slash. The first record with Slash featured Myles on a few tracks with a lot of other singers, but this is the first time that it’s going to be Myles and Slash, and I’m sure that he’s very excited about that.".
   Όσο αναφορά τους Creed είπε:
“Creed stuff and doing Creed tours.” He also touched on Tremoni’s upcoming solo release. “Mark’s got a solo record that he’s almost finished with. That will probably be coming out about Spring next year; I think that’s his goal for that.”

   Και για τα σχέδια των Alter Bridge δήλωσε:
“We’ll certainly be visible next year, but it’ll be on various projects and then … probably 2013 will be the reunion there of Alter Bridge and we’ll diligently get to work on a new record and tour as soon as we can.”

   To 2011 oι Αlter Bridge είχαν κυκλοφορήσει το τρίτο τους στούντιο άλμπουμ με τίτλο "AB III", ενώ μέσα στο 2012 αναμένεται και η κυκλοφορία ενός DVD από την συναυλία στο Wembley του Λονδίνου.
